Hotel Reservations:
The booking deadline for a discounted rate of $235/night (plus tax) has expired. Please contact meetings@fedbar.org and staff will do their best to negotiate a discounted rate on your behalf. Pending inventory, any reservation received after Monday, August 21, 2023 at 5:00 PM ET cannot be guaranteed and may be priced at the prevailing public rate. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax to the credit card on file. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. for the hotel.

Discounted rates are reserved exclusively for conference attendees.

Parking: Self-parking for registered guests is $24.00 per day and $33.00 for valet parking, plus tax.

FBA National and Chapter Leaders can reference Policy No. 2-3 for travel reimbursement guidelines; FBA Section and Division Leaders can reference Policy 9.5.


CLE

CLE Credit: The FBA will seek a minimum of 8.0 CLE credit hours in 60-minute states (including 1.0 ethics), and 9.6 CLE credit hours in 50-minute states (including 1.2 ethics).

Posted credit hours are estimated and subject to respective state approval and reporting rules. CLE qualifications vary by state/jurisdiction and the FBA takes every measure to collaborate with presenters to ensure approval.

Tracking Attendance: Credit will be tracked via an online web application (ConferenceAdit). Attendees requesting credit are required to check-in and check-out of each session. The tracking site can be accessed directly via attendee-issued link. Attendees will login with the email and zip code affiliated with their registration. Certificates will be sent via email approximately two weeks following the event.
