Welcome to the FBA’s Civics page, where judges and lawyers can find courtroom-ready and classroom-ready activities and resources geared to high school and middle school students. Preparation takes judges and lawyers 30 minutes or less. Activities are organized by time available with audiences — from 15 minutes to three hours.

iCivics, the non-profit founded by Justice Sandra Day O’Connor (Ret.) that is dedicated to reinvigorating civic learning through free and engaging learning resources, recently upgraded its wildly popular classroom game, Do I Have a Right?, in which you run your own firm of lawyers who specialize in constitutional law. Decide if potential clients have a right, match them with the best lawyer, and win the case. The more clients you serve and the more cases you win, the faster your law firm grows!
