Oklahoma City Chapter: Tenth Circuit Year in Review 2021

This virtual CLE reviews the 2021 published decisions of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Topics include appellate advocacy, bankruptcy, civil procedure, civil rights, criminal law, commercial law, employment law, environmental law, habeas corpus, and Indian law. Speakers include Tenth Circuit Judge Robert E. Bacharach, who will discuss legal writing, and Judge Jerome A. Holmes, who will lead a panel discussion on appellate advocacy.
Registrants will be provided a Zoom link and may attend any session.
