Office Ergonomics for Lawyers: Where Optimal Comfort, Productivity, and Defensibility Meet
This webinar, given by a licensed physical therapist, reasonable accommodations coordinator, and ergonomic injury prevention expert, starts with an overview of what isn’t working in the world of ergonomics today. It ends with a step-by-step guide on how to best set up an office to facilitate ideal work postures and movement patterns that are evidence-based to deter work-related spine and joint pain while concurrently optimizing comfort and productivity.

Jeannie Koulizakis is a practicing physical therapist, inventor, and ergonomics program consultant on a mission to advance the art & science of healthy computer-based learning, playing, and working from anywhere, at any age. She is the Director of Physical Therapy at Nova Pain and Rehab in Arlington, Virginia, the Founder of ErgoRX.COM, and inventor of The Ankorite Work System, a patented and evidence-based method of custom ergonomic workspace design proven to eliminate the toxic postures risks at the root of most spine & joint repetitive stress injuries today. Jeannie’s favorite thing to do when not working is spending time with her husband, Szymon Sawicki, a Jiu-Jitsu Instructor and MMA fighter, and two sons, Angelo and Leonidas.
