Pursuant to the FBA Constitution and Bylaws, and in accordance with the notice disseminated earlier this year, the Nominations & Elections Committee hereby reports that no timely petitions were received. As all offices are uncontested, no member vote is required. Accordingly, the Committee certifies the slate of candidates as duly elected. This certification of uncontested candidates fulfills all election requirements set for in the Constitution and Bylaws.
