Recognizing that the FBA must tirelessly and relentlessly work to ensure that the organization fully reflects our broad legal and greater communities, the FBA established the Diversity and Inclusion Standing Committee to prepare a strategic plan for moving forward. The mission of our Committee is to work with candor, reflection, and intention to understand where the FBA is today with regard to cultivating a diverse and inclusive federal legal community and to take concrete action for where we aim to be.
