Gracia Varinia Rojas Mina Bogliotti is a Master of Laws graduate with a strong focus on the intersection of law, emerging technologies, and business. Her academic and professional journey reflects a deep commitment to understanding and shaping the legal landscape of the rapidly evolving tech industry. During her time at the University of Georgia, she had the honor of being named a Governor Carl Sanders Scholar, a recognition of her academic excellence and leadership potential. As a graduate student, she actively contributed to the university community by serving as the Law School Senator for the Student Government Association. In this role, she represented her peers and worked to drive meaningful improvements across campus. In addition to her academic and leadership roles, Varinia was actively involved in several student organizations. She represented the Federal Bar Association and the Privacy, Security & Tech Law Society. She also served as a Barbri Ambassador, helping her fellow students prepare for the bar exam. Varinia was also honored to be accepted as a member of the Honor Society, recognizing her dedication to academic excellence. One of her most rewarding experiences was delivering the international graduation speech, where she reflected on her diverse experiences and the global perspective she brings to her legal career. Varinia was also fortunate to have the opportunity to serve as a legal extern in the Georgia Senate, where she assisted with legislative research and policy analysis. This hands-on experience provided her with valuable insights into the legislative process and further honed her legal skills. Before attending the University of Georgia, Varinia studied at the University of California Davis School of Law, where she had the privilege of serving as the Ambassador for English Programs for Legal Professionals in Argentina. In this role, she helped bridge cultural and legal gaps, fostering cross-border legal education and international collaboration. Earlier in her career, Varinia founded Mina Bogliotti & Associates, a full-service law firm in Latin America specializing in fintech, blockchain, and technology law. Through this venture, she gained extensive experience advising decentralized technology startups and providing strategic legal guidance on complex issues such as cryptocurrency, blockchain, and cybersecurity, and writing articles on these topics. Her work in this area further solidified her expertise in emerging technologies and the evolving regulatory landscape. In addition to her law degrees, Varinia holds a postgraduate degree in Business Applied Blockchain Technologies, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and a qualified accounting degree. She is a licensed attorney and a Public Accountant in Argentina. This unique combination of legal, technology, business, and accounting expertise enables her to offer a holistic approach to legal challenges, particularly in the fields of digital assets, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
