Chapter Activity Awards

The application period for the 2026 Awards is now open.

All FBA chapters are encouraged to complete the application for the Chapter Activity Awards. The FBA recognizes the diligent work and accomplishments that outstanding have made throughout the year. Awards will be given to all chapters whose applications demonstrate that the chapter has fulfilled the established criteria.

Presidential Excellence Awards.

Presidential Excellence Awards are awarded to chapters that excel in all areas and go above and beyond the minimum requirements of chapters.

Up to three chapters from the Presidential Excellence level may be chosen as Chapter of the Year. This award is presented to the chapters that have most effectively demonstrated their support and promotion of the Federal Bar Association’s objectives as reflected in chapter programs and membership related efforts. These chapters receive special recognition at the Annual Meeting and Convention and in The Federal Lawyer.
