Join the Federal Litigation Section

Join the Federal Litigation Section today! Network, share ideas, and participate in the welfare, interests, education, and professional development of attorneys involved in federal litigation. We are always welcoming new members.

If you are already an FBA member but not yet a member of the Federal Litigation Section, you must contact the membership department in order to join the Federal Litigation Section.

If you are not yet a member of the Federal Bar Association you may join the Section when you sign up to become a member of the FBA.

Need to join the Federal Bar Association?

Not sure if you are a member of the FBA, or if you already have a password? Retrieve your password.

  • Join the Federal Bar Association online.
  • Enter your email address in the middle of the page
  • Click on the button that says “Create a New Account”
  • Fill out your information
  • Create your unique password
  • Choose Federal Litigation on the next screen
  • On the next screen choose the following:
    • Appropriate level of National membership
    • Chapter Membership
    • Check the Federal Litigation Section checkbox
  • Click “Add to Cart”
  • Check-Out and pay on the next page
