Message From the Chair

On behalf of the FBA Health Law Section Board, I thank you for your interest in our Section.

As part of the Federal Bar Association—the premier bar association for the federal practitioner—the Health Law Section aims to offer you relevant health law presentations and content to advance your legal practice and, more generally, the practice of health law.

Whether you are in private practice, in-house with a corporation, or working for the government, the FBA Health Law Section can assist you in keeping up to date on health law statutory/regulatory changes and jurisprudence, healthcare industry developments, and in networking with your professional colleagues both locally and nationally.

I invite you to join our Section in order to take full advantage of the shared expertise of federal health law practitioners from around the country. In addition, I invite you to share your own expertise by contributing to the Section’s presentation and publication efforts. For more information, please contact sections@fedbar.org. Let’s move forward together!
