Webinar: The CARES Act: Economic Stimulus for Indian Country
The Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (the “Act”) will provide economic relief to Indian Country in the form of federal grants and loans. This course summarizes the Act’s applicability to tribes and the several funds available to tribal governments and entities. The course will also touch on the evolving discussion to determine the proper implementation of the relevant provisions of the Act.
