Webinar: Ethics – Conflicts That Can Arise in Dual Representation

April 5, 2023 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

This hourlong webinar will bring together distinguished practitioners from three disparate areas of federal practice: class actions, immigration, and insurance defense. Speakers will highlight common concerns as well as ethical situations and issues unique to each area, referencing both the Model Rules and differing states’ requirements. Participants will learn:

  • to spot ethical issues relating to simultaneous representation of more than one client;
  • to disentangle routine case management problems from those raising ethical concerns;
  • how experienced practitioners have resolved knotty conundrums.

Presented by FBA’s Professional Development Committee & Federal Litigation Section
