Southern District of Texas: Dealing with Fallout from the Child Separation Immigration Policy: Practical and Ethical Implications

A distinguished panel of practitioners from the front lines will discuss current efforts to track and reunite parents and children separated by the Zero Tolerance child separation immigration policy. Topics will include ethics of representing parents separated from their children in criminal proceedings and practical obstacles to reunification efforts.
