The Challenges and Opportunities of Litigating During COVID And Where We Go From Here: A Judicial Perspective

The global pandemic has forced litigators across the country to reconsider how they prepare for and argue cases before the federal judiciary. Although much has been said about how litigators have experienced and adjusted to this new world order, this panel discussion will give the opportunity for Central District judges and court clerks to share what the experience has been like for them, their chambers and the Court, as well as best practices and new developments for litigating during these times and in a post-pandemic world.
