**Program hosted in (ET) Time Zone**
Join the FBA’s Qui Tam Section for a panel discussion of fraud under the Affordable Care Act. Our panel of private and government attorneys will discuss the nuances of ACA False Claims Act fraud cases, including how they differ from typical healthcare fraud and procurement fraud investigations. Panelists will discuss how ACA fraud investigations proceed, explain the evaluation of damages on Advanced Premium Tax Credits, and discuss the importance of special enrollment periods. The panel will also share insights on how enforcement strategies are changing and how this will affect cases in the future.
