Zeno Temple is a 3L evening student at Western New England University School of Law. During
the day, he serves as a law clerk and paralegal, gaining extensive experience in legal research,
case management, and litigation support.
Zeno is deeply committed to public service and civil rights advocacy. This passion led him to
state government, where he previously worked as a Community Safety and Outreach Specialist.
He is also actively involved in the Innocence Clinic at his law school, working on cases related
to wrongful convictions. Beyond his legal work, Zeno serves as the vice president of the Middle
Eastern Law Students Association and played an instrumental role in establishing the first
Federal Bar Association student chapter in Massachusetts at his law school, where he now
serves as vice president and 1st Circuit representative on the national level.
Zeno is also a member of the Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association, NAACP, National
Black Law Students Association, and the Academic Leadership Association, where he serves
on the Board of Trustees. His ultimate career goal is to work for the Department of Justice,
prosecuting hate crimes and furthering civil rights protections.
In his free time, Zeno enjoys mentoring students, community outreach, and coaching basketball.
He is currently working on founding his own nonprofit organization, focused on empowering
communities through legal advocacy, educational resources, and health initiatives.
