Tatiana is a Juris Doctor candidate at The George Washington University Law School, where she focuses on litigation, public service, and federal practice. She serves as the D.C. Circuit Representative for the Law Student Division of the Federal Bar Association, working to strengthen connections between law students, practitioners, and the federal judiciary across the region.
Tatiana has gained hands-on experience through judicial and governmental placements, including internships with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, where her work has involved complex litigation, statutory interpretation, and issues at the intersection of national policy and the rule of law. She is particularly interested in trial advocacy, complex investigations, and matters involving criminal law, civil rights, and federal regulatory frameworks.
In addition to her legal work, Tatiana is deeply committed to mentorship and pipeline efforts for first-generation students and students of color. She regularly speaks with pre-law and law students about navigating legal education and building public-interest careers, and she remains actively engaged in community-facing legal education initiatives.
Tatiana plans to pursue a litigation-focused career grounded in public service and accountability and hopes to continue contributing to the federal legal community through advocacy, mentorship, and leadership.
