Shane H. Hursh is an Attorney at Ashcraft & Gerel and works on mass tort and complex litigation cases in federal courts.
Shane was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska and attended college at Azusa Pacific University in Los Angeles County, California where he received his undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. Additionally, he was a five-year member of APU’s NCAA Football team. Shane graduated from Charleston School of Law in May of 2024 and passed the July 2024 Uniform Bar Exam. Shane currently practices out of Charleston, South Carolina.
Shane has been an active member of the Federal Bar Association since his first year of law school. Shane has served on the Law Student Division as the 4th Circuit Representative, Student Secretary, and Student Treasurer.
Shane looks forward to being a life-member of the FBA and is dedicated to assisting students in connecting and engaging with the Federal Bar Association on a national level while they get deeply entrenched in their future careers.
