The Honorable Robin Feder (personal capacity) is an Immigration Judge with the United States Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review, where she has presided over detained, non-detained, and juvenile dockets since 2006. She is currently seated at the Honolulu Immigration Court. Judge Feder has served in a leadership capacity with the Federal Bar Association since 2003. She currently serves on the Boards of the Hawai’i Chapter, the Judiciary Division and the Law Student Division and serves on the national Membership Committee. Judge Feder is a Past Chair of the Judiciary Division, a former FBA national Board member, a former Chair of the Immigration Law Section and member of its Board of Directors, a past President of the Rhode Island Chapter and member of its Board of Directors and a former member of the Massachusetts Chapter. She is a past member of the Sections and Divisions Council, the Law Student Engagement Task Force, and the Task Force to Study Sections and Divisions. Judge Feder has twice been appointed to the national Nominations and Elections and Committee and has also served on the national Budget and Finance Committee, the Sections and Division’s By-laws Task Force, and the Chapter Activity Fund. She is a life fellow of the Federal Bar Foundation and of the Rhode Island Bar Foundation.
