Mario is a Partner at Donahue Fitzgerald LLP, where he advises and represents clients in complex commercial litigation and other matters. Prior to joining Donahue Fitzgerald, Mario was an attorney at a plaintiff side class action law firm, handling securities, consumer protection, privacy, and antitrust class actions. He began his legal career in New York, first as a law clerk to Justice of the New York Supreme Court, and then as a litigation associate at a mid-size law firm located in Midtown Manhattan.

Mario is also active in the community, serving as a Judge Pro Tem for the San Francisco Superior Court, a lecturer at Berkeley Law, and as a director on the boards of several non-profit and legal organizations, including the Alameda County Bar Association, Yu Ming Charter School, and the Minority Bar Coalition.
