Hon. Mario Choi is an Administrative Law Judge with the State of California. He hears, mediates, and arbitrates administrative matters for State and local government agencies. In a prior life, he was a litigation attorney and counselor with nearly 20 years of experience handling complex commercial, intellectual property, civil, partnership, consumer protection, securities, antitrust, and privacy matters. Judge Choi also serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco, as a lecturer at U.C. Berkeley School of Law, as an Adjunct Professor of Law at U.C. College of the Law, San Francisco, and as a director on the boards of several non-profit and legal organizations.
