Kevin is one of the founders of Scanlan Griffiths + Aldridge, a boutique civil-litigation firm Boise, Idaho. He currently serves as the managing partner. He is a civil litigator with a practice focused on medical malpractice and professional liability defense, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, products liability, and complex commercial litigation. He is an active member of the FBA and currently serves as Treasurer of the LBGTQ+ Section.
Prior to entering private practice, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Jim Jones of the Idaho Supreme Court. Kevin has also served as a visiting lecturer on a variety of topics for the University of Idaho College of Law, including insurance law and civil discovery practice. Kevin earned his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law and has a B.A. in History from the College of Idaho.
