Jeff Burns is a partner at Johnson, Newlon & Decort, P.A. in Tampa, Florida. His commercial litigation practice covers matters involving trade secrets, employment agreements, partnership disputes, securities laws, civil rights claims, consumer claims, commercial leases, general business disputes, and other civil matters. He has represented clients in federal, bankruptcy, and state courts as well as various arbitration forums.
