Harry Phillips is an associate in the Litigation and Crisis Management Practice Groups in the Houston office of Haynes Boone. His practice spans from representing clients in a wide variety of commercial, energy, and employment disputes in state and federal courts to aiding the Crisis Management team when clients face routine emergencies and unprecedented incidents.
Harry completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Mississippi and attended Tulane University Law School. He served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jay C. Zainey, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Louisiana, and he is an accredited Veterans Affairs attorney.
