Eric S. Daniel is a Partner with Thompson Hine LLP in Cleveland, Ohio. Eric graduated from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2004. He is a member of Thompson Hine’s Admiralty and Maritime Practice Group and represents shipowners in a wide array of maritime issues. He is admitted to practice in Ohio State and Federal Courts, as well as the Eastern District of Michigan. In addition to serving on the board of directors for the Federal Bar Association’s Admiralty Law Section, Eric is a member of the board of directors for the Federal Bar Association’s Northern District of Ohio chapter and is Vice-Chair of the Maritime Law Association’s Uniformity of U.S. Maritime Law committee. Locally, he is a board member for the Cleveland Jazz Orchestra.
