Caitlin is responsible for oversight of the association’s professional development department, which includes conferences and substantive law sections and career divisions and their volunteer leaders. The Senior Director oversees all national continuing legal education conferences and webinars, Leadership Summit, the Annual Meeting and Convention, and national sponsorships sales, as well as planning the association’s developing conferences. The Senior Director provides oversight and strategic support to the Sections and Divisions, Sections and Divisions Council, Professional Development Committee, and the Annual Meeting Committee. The Senior Director of Professional Development serves as a member of the senior management team.
