In accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 2071(d), FRCP 83, and FRCrP 57, enclosed is a certified copy of Special Order No. 2-85 entered June 25, 2015, regarding amendments to the local rules for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. These rules will become effective September 1, 2015.
