Elizabeth practices in the areas of tax controversy and litigation. She represents clients involved in controversy with the IRS at all levels, including during examination, appeals, and litigation before the U.S. Tax Court, Court of Federal Claims, and U.S. District Court. Prior to joining Latham and Watkins, she was a Trial Attorney at the Department of Justice, Tax Division. She also clerked at the U.S. Tax Court for Judge Ronald Buch.
Samantha Skabelund, Associate, Crowell & Moring LLP
Samantha practices in the areas of tax controversy and litigation. She represents clients involved in controversy with the IRS at all levels, including during examination, appeals, and litigation before the U.S. Tax Court, Court of Federal Claims, and U.S. District Court. Prior to joining Crowell, Samantha clerked at the U.S. Tax Court for Judge John Colvin.
Edward Gonzales, Associate, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP
Edward practices in the areas of tax controversy and litigation. He is a recent graduate of Duke University School of Law. Prior to law school, Edward was a trial clerk at the U.S. Tax Court.
