Dejana Ljuboja, LLM Fordham Law School
My name is Dejana Ljuboja, I am an LL.M. student at Fordham University School of Law, concentration in U.S. Law. I completed bachelor studies in International Law and master studies in International Trade Law. Besides my deep interest in International Law, I also find very interesting Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, and Evidence, which I am currently studying at Fordham Law. I believe that being a member of FBA gives me a great opportunity to expand my knowledge in the subjects of International Criminal Law and Human Rights since it can represent a valuable combination between my previous studies and the current one.

Valentina Coli, LLM Fordham Law School
My name is Valentina Coli and I’m currently and LLM student in International Law and Justice in Fordham University. I’m part of this program thanks to a partnership between Fordham and my University in Italy and I’d really like to make the best out of it. I love what I study here in Fordham, international law is one of my favourite subjects but of course it’s an area of law hard to define. For this reason, I focused on other related legal fields, such as Arbitration, Data protection law/cybersecurity and Environmental law. I developed these interests while studying for the Jessup Law Moot Court Competition where I also learnt how to write memorials and how to plead them before a panel of judges. At the moment, I’m looking for a position as a legal intern in a Law Firm in New York starting from September 2020. My current plan is to graduate in Fordham in May 2020, in Italy in July 2020 and then come back to New York to work and sit for the bar in February 2021.

Clara Bergnier , LLM Fordham Law School
My name is Clara Bergnier. I am a French International Law and Justice LL.M. candidate at Fordham Law. I have always been intrigued with international fields, globalization, and foreign languages. It is at these crossroads where I focused my studies and chose to attend law school, specializing in European and international law. I have a particular interest in immigration law as well as international environmental law. In addition to my studies, I am actually working part-time as an immigration paralegal, and have the intent to keep working in this field upon graduation (December 2019). My ultimate goal would be to work at the United Nations in order to globally promote human rights and environmental issues.
