The United States is witnessing a significant strengthening of intellectual property rights, marked by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s substantial reduction of inter partes review proceedings and advancing legislation addressing patent-eligible subject matter.
In this dynamic landscape, our Section is committed to keeping you informed about these pivotal developments. We also recognize the profound impact of artificial intelligence on the legal profession. Embracing AI is not just an option; it’s imperative for staying at the forefront of our field. This year, we will focus on equipping our members with the knowledge and tools to integrate AI effectively into their practices.
