
The Scholarship Will Offer:
- Reduced registration fee of $400 (a $315 savings from standard member registration fee)
- Two full days of CLE sessions
- Ticket to lunch on Thursday and Friday
- Ticket to the Thursday night Reception
Recipients will be responsible for lodging accommodations, transportation, meals not listed, and personal expenses.
Applicant Requirements
- Applicants must demonstrate financial need for the reduced conference registration rate.
- Applicants must be involved in Indian law issues through law practice, governmental agencies, or educational institutions.
- Involvement with the Federal Bar Association, FBA Indian Law Section, and the Indian Law conferences will be considered and highly regarded.

- Applicants must verify above requirements and describe (in 1 to 3 paragraphs) their reasons for participation at the Indian Law Conference.
- Applicants will be notified by Friday, February 20, 2026.
Only fully completed applications will be considered. No applications will be returned. All decisions of the selection committee will be final. No more than 30 scholarship recipients will be selected. The selection committee consists of three Federal Bar Association members involved in the Indian Law section.
