Current Issues in Immigration Court

The Carolinas hosted their first Immigration Law Section Symposium on December 13, 2019 at the Charlotte campus of Wake Forest University School of Law. The symposium featured panel discussions covering many of the latest trends and developments in our immigration courts, both procedural and substantive. It was an exciting opportunity to hear experienced presenters from across the country discuss the latest cases, strategies, administrative concerns.
