  • 12:30-1:00 p.m. – Rosalie Fessier and Laura Maughan – 42 U.S.C.§ 1983 mechanics and the defense perspective.
  • 1:00-1:15 p.m. – Judge Ballou – Using the Bench Bar Fund and the Court’s perspective and Support of Pro Bono 42 U.S.C.§ 1983 Litigation.
