Webinar: The Evolution of Dispute Resolution from a Courtroom to a Computer Screen
The interplay between courts and alternative dispute resolution (arbitration and mediation) has evolved in unprecedented ways during the pandemic. As judiciaries closed their doors, alternative dispute resolution practitioners opened their laptops. The results: efficiency, access to justice, and a strengthened rule of law. This panel reviews the evolution, issues and opportunities created from courtroom litigation to remote judicial settlement conferences and ADR proceedings.
