Webinar [CANCELLED]: Shifting Landscape of Title VII: What Recent Decisions Mean for the LGBTQ+ Community
We are sorry to inform you that this webinar has been cancelled. Please view the FBA Calendar for more webinar opportunities.
Please join the LGBT Law Section of the Federal Bar Association (FBA) for a webinar to discuss recent court decisions on Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. In June 2020, a majority of the U.S. Supreme Court held in Bostock v. Clayton County that the term “sex” in Title VII prohibits workplace discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity. Panelists will discuss this decision and its implications for the LGBTQ+ community.
