August 5 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

**Program hosted in (ET) Time Zone**

Amy Howe—co-founder of the SCOTUSblog—returns to the Federal Bar Association for her fourth year to provide attendees with an overview and analysis of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decisions during the 2025–2026 term. In this program, Amy Howe will offer commentary on the Supreme Court’s most significant rulings this year, and examine their legal reasoning, practical implications, and potential impact on practitioners and lower courts. Drawing on her extensive experience covering the Supreme Court, she will highlight key themes from the 2025–2026 term and place the decisions in broader doctrinal and institutional context.

This webinar is designed for attorneys, government practitioners, and law students seeking a clear, authoritative understanding of the Supreme Court’s most recent term and the developments shaping federal practice.
