CANCELLED: Thurgood Marshall Memorial Moot Court Competition

After much discussion, the Board of the Federal Bar Association has made the difficult but necessary decision to cancel the 25th Annual Thurgood Marshall Memorial Moot Court Competition, next week in Washington, DC because of the growing concerns surrounding COVID-19. We are disappointed that we cannot continue with the competition events, and we know that you are disappointed too. We are in the process of determining the appropriate next steps for the competition and FBA staff will contact all competition participants as soon as these are confirmed.

Please note that for all attendees, air and hotel reservations must be cancelled by the individual who booked the reservations. It is up to the individual airlines to determine whether they will waive change fees or issue credits for the tickets.
