Tampa Bay Chapter: Don’t Get Cross About Cross-Examination

Come to the Courthouse on May 19, 2025 at 12:00 PM in Courtroom 12B to enjoy a hands-on lesson in cross-examination in federal practice by United States Magistrate Judge Christopher Tuite.
Judge Tuite will go over the basics before giving a real-time demonstration. Then, attendees will be encouraged to participate in a mock cross-examination with live tips from Judge Tuite, focusing on strategy, professionalism, decorum, and skill.
