Southern District of New York Chapter: The Advocates Workshop – Judges’ Commentary on Oral Argument in the Southern District of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals

This program will feature four distinguished judges, Circuit Judge Eunice C. Lee, Circuit Judge Richard J. Sullivan, District Judge Ronnie Abrams, and District Judge Phillip M. Halpern, who will speak on practical skills for oral arguments, and will highlight differences between oral arguments before the Second Circuit and the Southern District. Please join us for what will certainly prove to be an interesting and thought-provoking workshop.
