Southern District of New York Chapter: Grab Them by the Workplace – Understanding Sexual Harassment in the #MeToo Era
The Federal Bar Association, SDNY Chapter along with co-sponsors the Weschester Black Bar Association, Westchester County Bar Association, the Westchester Women’s Bar Association and the White Plains Bar Association present a CLE program on sexual harassment in the workplace and a review of the governing federal and New York State laws.
The panel includes attorneys from federal and state agencies, in-house counsel and employer and employee representatives. The program will be moderated by the Hon. Judith C. McCarthy, Magistrate Judge (SDNY).
