Oklahoma City Chapter: Virtual CLE – The Tenth Circuit Year in Review
This CLE reviews the 2020 published decisions of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Topics include appellate advocacy, bankruptcy, civil procedure, civil rights, criminal law, commercial law, employment law, environmental law, habeas corpus, and Indian law. Speakers include Tenth Circuit Judge Robert E. Bacharach, who will discuss ethical issues in appellate practice and procedure and answer questions about those topics.
