Oklahoma City Chapter: Judicial Settlement Conference Strategies

During this CLE, attendees will learn strategies for negotiating and reaching mutually beneficial settlements, as well as techniques for handling difficult parties and complex legal issues. They will also have the opportunity to ask questions and receive feedback from the judges, who will offer guidance and insights based on their years of experience in the field.
