Applications for nationwide injunctions against government programs and regulations present difficult challenges for judges and are the subject of continuing public controversy.
Our panel of judicial and legal experts will explore the underlying legal doctrines, practical considerations judges are called upon to weigh in these cases, the appropriate role of judges in shaping public policy; and possible options to address current concerns.
