New Orleans: Local Rules Bankruptcy Bench Bar Conference CLE

Please join Judges Meredith S. Grabill and Jerry A. Brown, and Local Rules Committee members Jan Hayden, Al Derbes, and Rachel Vogeltanz for a Bench/Bar conference hosted by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and the New Orleans Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.

The Local Rules Committee will give a presentation on the proposed changes to the local rules for the bankruptcy court and welcomes comments and questions. The conference will take place on Thursday, March 5, 2020, from noon to 2:00 p.m. in Courtroom C467 of the District Court. Lunch and CLE credit will be provided courtesy of the Bankruptcy Section of the Federal Bar Association. This is a free event but registration is required. Register online.
