Description : The United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio Federal Practice Seminar
is open to all attorneys, included those already admitted to practice in the Southern District of Ohio and
those seeking admission. This seminar is specially designed for lawyers seeking admission to practice in
the Southern District of Ohio.

Speakers : Speakers will discuss practice before the District Judges and Magistrate Judges, and practice
in Bankruptcy Court.

CLE : 3.0 Hours of CLE Credit PENDING in OH & KY – to include 1 Hour of Professional Conduct instruction
and the option of New Lawyer Training credit in Ohio (but not Kentucky)
