Qui Tam Section: [VIRTUAL] The Role of In-House Counsel in FCA Cases
**Program hosted in (ET) Time Zone**
This panel will provide a broad overview of in-house perspectives in False Claims Act compliance and litigation. Our in-house litigation counsel panelists will provide insight into the compliance processes that work to protect the companies from False Claims Act liability, what happens when a reporter files an internal report, and what happens if the company receives a Civil Investigative Demand or False Claims Act complaint. Our panelists will also discuss how those compliance concerns are handled in the federal contracting procurement space and when and how additional complications can arise. The panelists will also touch on in-the-news False Claims Act topics that currently affect government contractors.
