Qui Tam Section: [VIRTUAL] Targeting Corporate DEI via the False Claims Act
**Program hosted in (ET) Time Zone**
Our panel will take an early look at the Trump administration’s evident intention to invoke the False Claims Act against federal contractors and subcontractors as part of its campaign against what it claims are “dangerous, demeaning, and immoral,” not to mention “illegal,” DEI initiatives, as outlined in the president’s executive order of January 21, 2025 titled “Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity.”
