Qui Tam Section: [VIRTUAL] Cybersecurity Enforcement Under the FCA: Updates and Trends
Cybersecurity enforcement efforts have increased significantly in recent years and will continue to be an area of focus for the Department of Justice. This roundtable panel will examine recent DOJ enforcement actions and settlements, including what makes cyber-fraud investigations successful (or challenging), and lessons learned as enforcement efforts have expanded and developed. The panel will also explore ongoing risks in the cybersecurity space for contractors and subcontractors, as well as potential future areas for enforcement efforts.
