Eastern District of Pennsylvania: State of the Federal Judiciary of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Introduction of New Judges
Description
Please join U.S. District Court Chief Judge Juan R. Sanchez and Judges Chad F. Kenney, Sr., Joshua D. Wolson, John Milton Younge, Karen S. Marston and John Gallagher, the newest judges to join the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and learn about their pre-trial procedures, electronic discovery procedures, courtroom procedures and suggestions for attorneys practicing before them. The judges will provide insight on how they manage discovery issues, mediation and settlement as well as updates on Eastern District Court developments, including how the newest judges are assigned to cases.
Each judge has individual policies and procedures in their management of civil and criminal matters and this program will better prepare you for your appearance and practice before these judges.
Join federal court practitioners and judges for a reception immediately following the program with the Chief Judge and the newest judges of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
