Description
You are invited to join us at the inaugural PLEDGE reception recognizing eight emerging women lawyers in our area, hosted by the Gender Equity Task Force of the John W. Peck Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. This special event is open to FBA members, judges, and non-member lawyers – at no cost – although registration is preferred. Appetizers and drink tickets are included. We hope you will attend in support of our PLEDGE emerging leader honorees.

About PLEDGE:
The Gender Equity Task Force of the John W. Peck Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky Chapter of the Federal Bar Association aims to spotlight, at its inaugural PLEDGE event, the professional successes of exceptional women lawyers in the greater Cincinnati area at a critical point in their careers. The Gender Equity Task Force believes in supporting and retaining today’s talented women lawyers so they can become tomorrow’s leaders and advocates. The honorees who will be recognized at the January 30 PLEDGE event were selected from a number of talented nominees, based on the nominations themselves and the following criteria:
- Women with 4-8 years of legal experience in any field of legal practice
- Possess some notable legal experience
- Demonstrate exceptional legal talent and skill
- Exemplify the standards and professionalism one expects from an attorney
- Exhibit a commitment and dedication to her workplace and/or the community
- Membership in the Federal Bar Association is a plus
