Sherlock Holmes and the Art of Evidence

Wednesday, January 12, 2022 | 12 PM – 1:00 PM CST

Long before the Federal Rules of Evidence even existed, the Sherlock Holmes’ stories offered great practical advice for lawyers and real-life investigators who had to figure out the facts and make their cases. This session will draw upon Sherlock Holmes’ stories and will be led by former prosecutor Stephen Lee, who has written articles about Sherlock Holmes and investigative techniques.
